DESCRIPTION
Rural accommodation farmhouse, complete rental, with pool, 8 bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and tv. Exclusive and private access to the garden of Can Prat (7000 m2), a manor house in Mas Jonquer. Located 10 minutes from Figueres between Vilanant and Cistella, in the Alt Empordà. There is a farm on the farm.
8 bedrooms with private bathroom, one room is adapted for people with reduced mobility, adapted bathroom, air conditioning in the rooms, TV, heating, large extra beds, 3 cots, 3 high chairs, well-equipped kitchen, wifi, board games, books , smart TV in the living room, gas barbecue, paeller and two pans of 14 and 24 portions, tables outside, rackets and balls, dogs are welcome (maximum 3 per group, €15 per stay), space for companies, daily garbage collection service.
The pool area is fenced. There is a large pool (20x5m) and a small one (2x5m), sun loungers, shower, bathrooms and office with refrigerator, tennis court, football, table tennis, boules, volleyball, basketball hoop and badminton. Surrounded by paths for walking and running.
