DESCRIPTION

The accommodation, located in the Lleida Pre-Pyrenees, in the Barony of Rialb, is spread over three floors: a lower floor leads to the entrance hall, the pantry where the washing machine and 2 additional refrigerators and the cellar, a dark space and fresh, ideal for making a good vermouth. On this floor we also find a garage where all the pool material is stored and a corner reserved for sorting rubbish.

A first floor, with direct access to the street also gives way to the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, as well as a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. And from there, we enter the dining room with fireplace. A small room beyond with armchairs and views of the house pool. On this first floor there are 5 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 2 doubles with single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath)

Upstairs, under the roof, we find a large living room with sofa, TV and games for the little ones, a quadruple room and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The house has a capacity of 14 people and can expand its capacity with 5 more places to reach a maximum capacity of 19 people.

The outdoor area of ​​this farmhouse has large spaces: the old era, currently reserved for play with goalposts and ping-pong table, a swing structure with slide in the garden, the large porch with a large table and chairs, the exclusive use pool protected with a wooden children's fence and barbecue. All equipped with garden furniture.

The house is equipped with AACC and heating and has a completely free wifi network. Pets are allowed.
