DESCRIPTION

Can Macau is an ideal house for both summer and winter as you have the privacy of the apartments and enjoy the common areas with your family!

The house has a salt water pool, private parking, barbecue, terraces, garden and two rooms:
- Sala Ponent (only available in the winter months): with fireplace, a large dining room and equipped kitchen
- Sala dels Vents: covered and fully equipped with projector, chill-out area, dishwasher and large dining room

Each of the 5 apartments has a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen-dining room, complete bathroom and private terrace

The maximum capacity of the house is 20 people, but if the reservation is for fewer guests, it can be adapted to the distribution and price of the apartments used.

Rules:
- bail is requested
- pets are not allowed
- smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the common rooms

The house is located in Palau-Saverdera, 5' from Roses, 20' from Figueres, 25' from Cadaqués and 45' from Girona.
