DESCRIPTION

Can Gat Vell is two eighteenth century manor house, restored in six charming accommodation in the beautiful village of Llampaies, Alt Empordà, in the Girona area and near the Costa Brava. Houses are for 2 until 9 people, with one, two or three bedrooms, they are perfectly  equipped with kitchen, living and dining room. Fireplace. One, two or three bathrooms. The rural houses are 17km from the beaches of the Costa Brava like L'Escala, Sant Martí d'Empúries, just between the beautiful cities of Girona (23km) and Figueres (21km) as well as 20 mn from Banyoles.

Can Gat Vell has facilities to share such as swimming pool for adults and swimming pool for children, both protected with a fence, gardens, barbecue, porch, reading room, ping pong table, games room for children , table football, soccer goal and basketball hoop. We also offer Wi-Fi and parking. Farm with chickens and rabbits.
