DESCRIPTION
The Cal Gotlla farmhouse is a typical rural house located in the town of Espunyola. It is a small town in the Berguedà region of only 250 inhabitants with farmhouses scattered in the middle of crop fields and forests of holm oaks, oaks and pines).
The house is located just 10 minutes (12 km) from the city of Berga and 1 hour from Barcelona (Llobregat axis).
The house is located in the countryside, on the flat, but in a somewhat elevated place that allows you to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the first mountains of the Pre-Pyrenees in front of us (called Les Tres Maries) and also the landscape for quite a distance. And in the rainy season is when you can see a large waterfall (called Salt de Sallent).
