DESCRIPTION
The house is rented exclusively. It's located on the outskirts of Sant Esteve de Palautordera.
It is a farmhouse dedicated to rural activities and subsequently restored respecting the rustic house and environment.
On the ground floor there are two rooms (one with a fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a dishwasher, a room for 2 or 4 people with an adapted bathroom and a porch with a barbecue.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms for 2 and 4 people, a separate bathroom and a sanitary block with 3 separate showers, 2 separate toilets and 4 sinks.
The house also has a large garden with table tennis, volleyball net, firewood, bed linen and towels. Pets are allowed upon prior notification.
