DESCRIPTION
Can Cardona is a modernist house in the centre of the town of Malgrat de Mar.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished, and is part of the town's catalogue of assets due to its modernist façade, the work of the son-in-law of the famous architect Doménech i Muntaner. The family of the illustrious explorer and discoverer of Angel Falls in Venezuela, Félix Cardona Puig, lived here, hence the name of the house, Can Cardona.
It can accommodate 14 people. The house, approximately 220 m², has on the ground floor an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and a private garden. On the first floor, which is accessed from the living room via an internal staircase, there are four bedrooms, a laundry room, a bathroom, a terrace and a balcony. Finally, on the second floor there is a bedroom, a terrace and an attic.
The rooms in the house, with ceilings over three metres high, transport you to another era, without sacrificing modern comforts.
