DESCRIPTION

This magnificent traditional single-family house with three floors and a pink façade is integrated into a block of houses almost outside of Marenyà, one of the small towns of La Tallada de l'Empordà. In front, as soon as you exit the street, you have the 80 m2 garden-solarium with swimming pool, kitchen-picnic area, sink and barbecue.

This house distributed in large areas has 300 m2 on three floors. The ground floor contains four rooms and three complete bathrooms. The first floor has the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the last bedroom and the fourth complete bathroom. Finally, the upper floor is a large chillout area - solarium with table football.

As we enter, we find a room to our left and another to the right, both with a private bathroom (one of them with a bathtub) and flat screen televisions as well as intimate and modern decorations. At the end of the hallway, we find the last two rooms on the first floor. The first has a double bed and a single bed, also with a private bathroom. The second has a bunk bed and is suitable for children. Four of the five rooms are located on the first floor and the remaining one on the second floor, which has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if desired. The first floor ends with a comfortable rest area with an interior opening towards the third floor.

On the second floor, we have a bedroom, living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a dining room. The living room has a large sofa as well as two comfortable armchairs, a flat screen television and a fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need to provide a pleasant stay. Here we can also find a balcony overlooking a quiet street and the private pool area.

On the third floor, we find an open and sunny space thanks to panoramic windows. Entertainment services such as foosball, bar, music system, several chairs and a large sofa, contribute to creating a perfect environment for relaxation. Not to mention the spectacular view that can be seen from the terrace. Grab a glass, fill it with whatever you like to drink, lie down on the couch and enjoy the Catalan sun setting behind the mountains on the horizon.
