DESCRIPTION

Masia Spa Can Pascol dates back to 1800 and is isolated in the middle of nature, a 5-minute drive from the village of Pontons, which is the highest in the Alt Penedès at 700 m above sea level. We are 20 km from Vilafranca del Penedès, and 70 km from both Barcelona city and Tarragona city. Masia Spa Can Pascol is an Ecological Rural House that enjoys an unbeatable environment, in the middle of the field between vineyards and surrounded by pine and holm oak forests, where you can get lost walking in nature in any season of the year.

The Masia consists of three separate and autonomous parts: The central and largest is private housing of the family, the second part is the accommodation dedicated exclusively to Rural Tourism and a third part which is a Recording Studio of the owners, all surrounded by 'garden and nature outdoor spaces. It is an ecological house with Biosphere Certificate, for full rent equipped with 100% Green and Certified renewable energies, and with an intelligent home automation system to regulate energy savings as much as possible. The house is made of wood and stone, very comfortable and fully equipped, has 150m2 on two floors, with a Spa room of 50m2 on the ground floor, and a garden of more than 1,000m2 in the middle of nature, with Catalan tuff terrace, furniture outdoor, hammock area, summer saltwater pool among olive trees with sun loungers area, a large covered barbecue with dining area in the garden overlooking the vineyards, a laundry quartet for cleaning and drying clothes for longer stays and with covered parking inside the property. Both the laundry room and the car park are common areas shared with us, the other areas are exclusive to our customers.

On the ground floor we first find the kitchen-dining room in a single room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, classic Italian coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. All the appliances in the house are ecological and series A. The kitchen-dining room is a very bright space with views to the outside and to the Spa Room. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. In second place we find the Spa, for the exclusive use of our customers, it is a room of 50m2 with entrance, and views from the living room. Surrounded by natural rocks, you will find the Saltwater Pool, Heated to 30-34 degrees depending on the season of the year, with Chromotherapy, Jacuzzi and Scottish Jet (always a hair below the temperature of the pool water for thermal contrast). In addition to an Infrared Sauna with chromotherapy, a Rain Sensation shower and everything you need for a relaxing bath, such as return bathrobes and individualized slippers for the Spa. Access to the Spa is free all day, the jacuzzi and jet ski come into operation from 11am to 5pm, and the sauna from 11am to 2pm, to get the most out of your energy. solar.
