Characteristics of the house
The Castellet is a small tower totally fit out for housing.
It placed inside of the village.
House of 275 m2 in two floors.
Ground floor: Hall, dining-room, with home of fire and TV.; kitchen fulfilled with oven and freezer; a canteen smaller beside the kitchen; small hold; terrace of 55 m2 with furniture and views on the saw.
First floor: Living Room with antique furniture and piano, four double rooms with two baths (shower, bidet, toilet and WC). Inside with beams of wood, walls of natural rock, climbs, tiles of Catalan traditional pottery, of stone and worked iron.
An extraordinary rural house to spend a season or a weekend with the family or the friends. .

Rent pers 2 days: 450 euros
Low season
A week: 950 euros
15 days: 2.000 euros
High season
A week: 1.500 euros
15 days: 3.000 euros
Conditions
Prices with included VAT.
Reserving the house: The 30% of the total amount of the stay has to be deposited.
200 euros, deposit to cover the damages that can be made during the stay of a week or fifteen days. They will be given back in the end of the stay if there are not damages.
100 euros, deposit from the same former motive, during the stay of two or three days. They will be given back in the end of the stay if there are not damages.

The village
The Morera de Montsant is the most antique and highest town of those that constitute the historical Priorat. The town is placed at 743 m of altitude, protected by the saw of the Montsant that belongs to its term in good part. It is an ideal starting point for the practice of the hiking. The term includes the Conreria of Escaladei and the rests of the Carthusian monastery, at five kilometers of the village: It is the spiritual heart of the Priorat. The place is beautiful, calm and sunny. The village count on municipal swimming pool for children and adults. The town has impressive landscapes and dominates the valley of the Siurana river.
